Boron nitride is a ceramic material that is characterized by relatively high thermal conductivity (can reach up to 90 W / m * K) and resistance to high temperatures. Unlike other ceramic materials, the operating temperature can reach up to 2100 C in a vacuum and an inert environment and 1000 C in an oxygen environment. The material also belongs to the group of refractory materials due to the described properties.
