Boron nitride BN (pyrolytic and technical) with operating temperatures up to 2100 C in vacuum and inert environment and 1000 C in oxygen environment;

Aluminum oxide Al2O3 with operating temperature up to 1600 C;

Silicon nitride Si3N4 with operating temperature up to 1400 C.
